DRP Drug Discovery Platform

Enables large-scale screening of disulfide-rich peptides. Through collaborative research with pharmaceutical companies, we design and synthesize novel DRPs tailored to specific target proteins.

Proprietary Production Technology: The Super Secrete Method

This proprietary cultivation technology utilizes secretory expression in E. coli periplasm to achieve high-yield, stable production of DRP. We have developed multiple production technologies, including expression systems in plants, and are advancing large-scale production.

Pipeline Development and Licensing

In collaboration with pharmaceutical companies and other partners, we are developing DRP drug candidates for autoimmune diseases and cancer, with the goal of licensing them out during the preclinical stage. Building on the fundamental research cultivated at the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST), we are advancing R&D with a view to commercializing our findings as pharmaceuticals and biomaterials.
